Lead time

• All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• At checkout, please select your preferred delivery date using the calendar tool.

• We’ll confirm availability by email if there are any changes needed.

Delivery days & windows

• Deliveries usually take place Monday–Saturday, between 9:00am – 1:00pm.

• Your order will be delivered within this window.

Minimum order values

• £50 South West London

• £100 Central London

Changes & cancellations

• Changes are possible up to 24 hours before your confirmed delivery date.

• Within 24 hours, changes/cancellations may not be possible as your order will be in preparation.
