Welcome to Marta’s Kitchen — a place where passion, experience and flavour come together.

I’m Marta, a self-taught chef with over 15 years in hospitality. My journey began front of house, where I learned the true meaning of service, attention to detail and creating memorable experiences for guests. Over time, my passion naturally pulled me into the kitchen — where I found my real calling.

I went on to become Head Chef at Orange Pekoe, a venue known for its excellence in tea, coffee and wholesome, beautifully prepared food. There, I refined my style: vibrant, nourishing dishes made with care, balance and creativity.

Marta’s Kitchen was born from that journey — a blend of hospitality, flavour and heart. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted, whether it’s a corporate lunch, a nourishing salad box or a comforting family meal.

I believe food should feel generous, joyful and beautifully made — because great food doesn’t just feed people, it brings them together.
